Our restaurant, situated in the original summer kitchen of the 1763 part of the Inn - is small, and the pace leisurely, in order to ensure excellence of cuisine and personal service. Mario, our chef/owner, sources his produce locally whenever possible, especially fresh seafood, while nearly all the vegetables on the menu are organically grown on the Inn's own farm.
