The Colonial Fort Inn is located in Gorham, New Hampshire at the foot of the White Mountains, Mt. Washington, Tuckermans Ravine and the doorstep of the Great North Woods. Because of our unique location, we are at the center of what the four seasons can offer to everyone in this north country of mountains, woods, lakes, rivers, streams and tourist attractions.

We can accommodate the individual or group, in our motel rooms. All of our rooms have REFRIGERATORS, cable TV, telephones, individual heat and air conditioning controls. We have several motel rooms with whirlpool tubs, along with several efficiencies. Non smoking rooms available on request. Children under 12 stay free in the same room with their parents. pets are welcome. And our cancellation policy is three (3) days as stated in AAA listing.

Located on the premises is an above ground pool which is about 4 feet deep. We also offer a laundry room for guest use with coin operated washer and dryer.

We offer breakfast for all our guests in our on-premise restaurant that specializes in the "best breakfast in the North Country".
